The answer does not lie in the U.S. Supreme Court or who the next President is. The answer is far more simple and less complex than most realize. The responsibility rests with the people of the several states, their governors and state legislatures. Oklahoma and other states can and must amend their state constitutions, defining that life begins from the moment of conception until natural death.
